Hello Friends!

My biggest joy and challenge is being a Mum to my Indigo son, aged 7 and Rainbow son, aged 4. This morning after I dropped them off to school I spoke with the owner of the pre-school and after school program. She told me that 3 separate parents had voiced concerns over my boys behaviour. After the initial feeling of failure, we talked for an hour about Indigo's, Crystals, Rainbows and other sensitive souls. How gratfeul I am that she knows all about them. She had actually done a workshop on them!

I am an Indigo. When I was younger I was overwhelmed, confused and often very frightened by what I felt, saw and heard. So much so that I self-medicated with alcohol and partying. I lost myself. I was a fake. Thankfully, the soul never gives up and I started to remember who I am.

This is just as well, given my responsibility of my two wonderful super sensitive boys. My eldest is highly inteligent, intense, affectionate, super intuitive and gets overwhelmed with energy overload to his sensors. This is when he acts out through aggresion. My rainbow is super sensitive and intuitive, light, inteligent and usually kind and not particularly affectionate or aggresive. When he is aggresive I know he is "feeling" something. Boy, is he feeling something right now. With both acting up I'm looking within to see what we can change and how we can help them. To get connected I got on my bike and rode out in nature. I also meditated and pulled some oracle cards. I was reminded about the power of gratitude and how by being thankful for all that we do have, rather than focus on what we don't have, we manifest more great things in our life.

Whatever is going on for you trust your self, you do know what to do. And if you're stuck, then write down all the things you are grateful for. It will create space for possibility.
